Governance International has facilitated the Midlands Co-production Network since 2012 to enable shared learning from good practices and successful case studies and to explore innovative ways in which co-production can improve public services and outcomes of communities in the Midlands of the UK.
Network members include most of the local authorities and many of the NHS organisations in the Midlands, as well as members of community organisations and non-profit organisations in the region. While the Network is specifically aimed at improving outcomes in the Midlands region, it has drawn contributions from co-production initiatives around the world and it has disseminated good practice cases from the Midlands to a wide national and international audience.
Meetings of the Network are now mainly online and many of them have resulted in notes and briefings for wider circulation.
If you would like to join future meetings of the Network, please contact yvonne.harley@govint.org. In particular, if you would like to contribute a presentation or a case study to a future meeting – please contact tony.bovaird@govint.org
