Co-Production Training
User and community co-production is potentially the most transformative change to public management in recent decades. It provides an innovative model of how public services can improve community outcomes even in times of reduced budgets and digital service transformation, e.g. by centring co-production, behaviour change and partnership working.
While starting up community engagement takes time and resources, making use of community knowledge prevents costly service failures and ensures that public budgets are targeted at preventative, strength-based solutions rather than reactive crisis management.
