Performance Indicators

Ninety one health checks were offered and take up was as high as 86% in some of the pubs. Of those having a health check it was discovered that:

  • 65% were overweight / obese or very obese.
  • 45% were smokers.
  • 80% had a weekly alcohol consumption that exceeded recommended levels.
  • 20% had high risk blood pressure levels.
  • 53% were at increased risk of cardiovascular disease.
