Director of Governance International and Professor of Public Management at the Spanish Distance Learning University in Madrid. Associate of Governance International in Germany. Peter’s special expertise is in performance management, outcome-based management and co-production. Peter is the head of the task of budget consolidation of the local audit commission in North-Rhine Westphalia and has in-depth knowledge of German local government.

Olivier Terrien

Governance International Associate in France. Olivier has previously worked in the Council of Europe in Strasbourg. He is a local governance expert with a strong focus on strategic management, citizen participation and co-production with service users and local communities. Olivier works with Governance International on our CitizenPoweredCity initiative in Europe to promote effective co-production of outcomes based on social innovations.
