Dr. Peter Timm-Arnold

Associate of Governance International in Germany. Peter’s special expertise is in performance management, outcome-based management and co-production. Peter is the head of the task of budget consolidation of the local audit commission in North-Rhine Westphalia and has in-depth knowledge of German local government.

Ajay Khandelwal

Governance International Associate Ajay Khandelwal has previously led a number of co-production programmes including Turning Point’s Connected Care, and Nesta’s Age Unlimited and People Powered Health.  He has in depth knowledge of the best methods and approaches in the field of co-production and design.  He is an expert on case studies, life stories and family influences in shaping life paths.  He has operational experience of delivering large scale change programmes – and has launched new services for a number of London Councils.

Brendan McCarron
