Co-producing Personalisation Together with Stakeholders in Derbyshire Social Care for Adults
Some of the Project Board’s key outcomes so far have included; the successful development, production and distribution of a promotional DVD on Personalisation in Derbyshire, the restructuringand rewriting of a leaflet on Self Directed Support and Personal Budgets for service users, stakeholder representation on all other project boards and successfully supporting three well attended Conferences on Personalisation (one for the BME communities, one for people with a dual sensory loss and one for mental health service users which was heavily influenced by local Mental Health champion, Tony Martin). The Mental health conference has led to an overall increase in Mental Health Service Users taking up a Direct Payment between January 2010 and August 2010. ![]() |
