Co-producing Personalisation Together with Stakeholders in Derbyshire Social Care for Adults

Objectives

The Stakeholder Engagement Team led by Louise Swain in Adult Care at Derbyshire County Council has been tasked with involving Derbyshire County Council’s Adult Care Stakeholders throughout the life of the Personalisation programme in the co-production of the individual projects and the programme as a whole. Through a series of different consultation methods and participation events these stakeholders have been empowered to have their say and feel listened to when they see that the final result includes something they have been a part of.
