Frankie Hine-Hughes

 

Project manager of Governance International. Frankie specialises in  privatisation and liberalisation of public services, public service co-production with citizens and communities, use of social media in the public sector and open government. He is a graduate of the University of Hull, where he completed a Degree in Political Science and a Masters in Global Political Economy.
