Governance International is organised as a global network of institutional and issue-specific Governance Innovators and critical friends.
This allows us to gather information on innovations and best practice for our customers quickly and to provide value-for-money consultancy, training and research.
Our quality management system and quality assurance process
All projects are managed in accordance with Governance International’s own internal Quality Management System (QMS), which comprises a series of guidelines and requirements that conform to the standards which have been built up in working with major international organisations. As new contracts are developed and completed, the Quality Management System is constantly updated and refined to ensure that it reflects the highest standards expected by our international clients.
In addition, we ensure that all our work confirms to the Data Protection Act. For public opinion surveys and other market research work we voluntarily comply with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct which you can view here.
The progress and performance of projects are monitored regularly against the timescales agreed with the client, and we expect regular, planned discussions with clients on the achievement of milestones.
